Bird Grooming is a procedure of Nail Clipping, Beak Filing, And Wing Clipping. This is not painful for your bird but should be done on a monthly basis.
There are many reasons why this process should be done. Some of these
reasons are, it will keep your birds flight level down so he/she is
unable to fly away. Also, there are some other safety issues that this
can help prevent, like getting his / her nails caught on the cage or
toys, it will protect their wings against damage with in
the cage and etc; This is also a good way to Start Off your training
with a new or unfriendly pet... This will give you an advantage in being the
Boss !!
